SFO AIRPORT ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS

At the time of making a reservation for the pickup from the SFO airport, please provide the following details:

1.     Your flight details – this includes the airlines name, flight number, and the name of the airport. 

2.     Luggage Information – If you will have any check-in baggage or only hand-baggage. If you are carrying more than 2-3 pieces of luggage, please give the information about total pieces of luggage and the size of baggage. Any special instructions regarding the size of luggage must also be provided while making the reservation. This will help us offer you a vehicle well suited to your needs. SFO Airport,SFO Airport

 

3.     Contact phone number: Provide your mobile cell-phone number that you will be carrying with you at the time of arrival. If you do not have a mobile cell-phone number, you can call the company from the pay-phone when you land at the airport or opt for the Meet & Greet Option. Advance payment will be required for making a reservation, if you will not be carrying a mobile cell-phone number when you arrive at the SFO Airport.

SFO Airport Pick up Options

At San Francisco International Airport (SFO), we offer two ways to pick you up:

1.     Meet & Greet: With this option, your chauffeur will meet you at the airline’s baggage claim area, if you are arriving at the domestic airport or at the customs exit, if you are arriving on an international flight. In either case, your chauffeur will carry a sign with your name and will help handle your bags and escort you to your vehicle. This additional service will cost $20.00 + parking for a Baggage Claim Meet, or $35.00 + parking for a Customs Meet. 2.     Pickup from the Arrival Gate: Make a reservation and then call us when your flight lands. You can reach us by calling us toll free at  855-387-5466. When you have collected your baggage and are ready for pickup, your vehicle, staged at San Francisco Airport’s parking area, will arrive at the Limo stand within 5 minutes, carrying a sign with the passenger’s name on the dashboard. Advanced reservations are required.

Although making a reservation is recommended, we can service you without a reservation as well. If you arrive at the airport without a reservation, you should still call us, as soon as you land. We will usually still be able to accommodate you (within 15 minutes) with an approximate extra fee of $10.00 for immediate service. Advance payment will be required for immediate pickup.
